Some sailors to be demobilized in spring are full of plans to continue their marine career, for which purpose they will enter the Engineering or Navigation Faculties. Nevelskoy held the Open Day of Engineering Specialities. In the second-floor lobby of Building #1 teachers and undergraduates displayed bright banners, stands and advertisements. It was here that an unofficial part of the MSU administration meeting with the children who came to the University from various counties of Primorsky Krai took place. It is a historic event because on February 9, 2007 Natalya Belokonskaya, future lady-captain was awarded with a graduation diploma. She is the first female graduate of the Maritime State University who specialized in navigation. He is one of the founding fathers of sailing and rowing in the Far East.
He was born on 12 February, 1922 in Primorsky Krai.
