“OIL SPILL RESPONSE EQUIPMENT AND TECHNOLOGIES, MEANS OF FIRE FIGHTING”
Threats due to active exploitation of hydrocarbon fields in the Far Eastern Region and construction of oil pipeline systems make it necessary to develop and improve systems of ecological safety. The Exhibition will help establish business cooperation between manufacturers of equipment and services for preventing and combating ecological risks when oil is being produced and transported and the biggest oil companies exploiting fields in the Far East, regional subdivisions of Civil Defense and Emergencies, regional administrations, leadership and ecological services of the ports. The Exhibition will provide a wide advertising campaign for all the parties concerned.
Information presented in this manual offers you all the data required for successful participation in the Exhibition.

Terms of participation:
To take part in the Exhibition, you are to send to the Organizing Committee:
- An application form (enclosed) before August 31, 2005.
- Electronic version of information about your Company as per the form enclosed to be presented in the official Exhibition Catalogue (not more than 50 words and a logo) and a copy of payment order on registration fee payment are to be sent to the Organizing Committee not later than August 31, 2005.
The Exhibition Catalogue will be published before the event begins.
If advance payment is nor made, information about a company will not be included in the Catalogue.

Registration fee includes payment for:

- Opening and closing ceremonies costs;
- Press conference and presentation costs;
- Exhibition advertising costs;
- Accreditation of one participant from an exhibitor (multi-pass to the Exhibition, a name badge);
- Attendance of all the Exhibition events and Conference sessions;
- Publication of information about a Company in the Exhibition Catalogue (not more than 50 words and a logo);
- Receipt of the “participant's pack” including an Exhibition Catalogue and information materials;
- Coffee breaks;
- Security at the Exhibition;
- Hotel reservations;
- Business center services (photocopies, phone and Internet)
