Issues of a comprehensive reboot of the secondary professional education system discussed at the meeting

On June 10-11, the First Far Eastern meeting «Leaders of the SPE Changes» took place at the site of the ANMSU Far Eastern Maritime Training Center. An event with the participation of leading federal and regional experts-practitioners in the field of secondary professional education (SPE) The Far East and Arctic Development Corporation took part in the meeting.

 Alexander Yezhov, Director of the Maritime Engineering College, made a presentation on "The results of the development of the Maritime Transport cluster and the tasks of implementing the Professional Development Program in terms of career guidance and employment".

From October 2023 to April 2024, the Primorsky Territory implemented the Program «Leaders of Changes in the Educational Institutions of the Primorsky Territory», which was completed by 94 people from 31 educational organizations. Maxim Kosov and Anna Timchuk, teachers of the ANMSU Maritime Engineering College, took part in this program.

The program was implemented in two tracks: managerial – the future personnel reserve for colleges; pedagogical – young teachers, methodologists and experienced teachers-mentors, teachers who planned to participate in the All-Russian competition «Master of the Year» in 2024. The College teachers participated in the management track.

The guests, led by the Rector of the University, D. V. Burov, visited the zones for different types of work of the Maritime Transport cluster.

50 volunteer cadets of the Navigation Department of the ANMSU Maritime Engineering College provided great assistance to the organizers of the event.
